About This Role

We are seeking an experienced security professional to drive digital transformation and implement cutting-edge identity management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Leadership: Develop and mentor engineers to lead contributions across identity platforms, driving strategy for modernisation.
  • Collaboration: Align identity programs with business needs, liaising with various business functions including Architecture, Cyber, Compliance, Legal and Human Resources.
  • Identity Management: Design and implement identity management solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, and access control.
  • Access Control: Develop and enforce access policies and procedures to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive data and systems.
  • System Integration: Integrate identity management solutions with various applications and systems to streamline access and enhance security.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to identity and access management.
  • Incident Response: Monitor and respond to security incidents related to identity management and access control.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of identity management processes, policies, and configurations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7 years + in implementing and managing IAM Solutions.
  • Certification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, access governance, and role-based access control.
