About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a trusted guide, you will support injured individuals as they transition back into the workforce.

You will work closely with clients, conducting thorough assessments and guiding them through meaningful career transitions. Your expertise in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or exercise physiotherapy will be invaluable in designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.

You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key partners to co-create solutions that make a real difference in people's lives.

Additionally, you will visit workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments. This may involve working with management to develop policies and procedures that promote workplace wellbeing and injury prevention.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiotherapy. You must also be registered with AHPRA or ESSA and hold full working rights in Australia, along with a valid driving license.
