Job Opportunity: Property Site Manager

We are seeking a reliable and experienced property site manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential complex. This role involves ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our grounds, buildings, and amenities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cleaning, gardening, infrastructure maintenance, and repairs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders.

This is a full-time position that requires living on-site and being available to respond to emergencies 24/7. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records, complete tasks efficiently, and work within established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds, buildings, and amenities.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Manage relationships with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
