Job Opportunity

Nexus Place is seeking a reliable and skilled caretaker/handyman to maintain the complex of 39 apartments on the Gold Coast.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the common areas, pool and grounds are well-maintained and clean.

This part-time subcontract position requires the caretaker to be onsite at least 3 days per week.

Minimum expected hours are 6 per week.

Work authorization is required for Australia with preference given to Australian residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the common areas, pool and grounds
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the complex
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
