The Role

As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet the company's targets. This includes managing a national sales team, driving sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet company targets
  • Manage a national sales team to drive sales initiatives and build strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with the fabrication/manufacturing team, National Service Manager, and General Manager to support sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market analysis, accurate forecasting, and reporting to inform sales strategies

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in selling high-value capital equipment
  • The ability to travel nationally as required
