About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team.

Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting visitors and managing the switchboard with professionalism.
  • Hospitality, catering, and housekeeping duties to ensure a smooth workplace experience.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings and rooms efficiently.
  • Oversee the ordering of supplies and materials.
  • Manage mail and courier services.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including document management, travel arrangements, and accommodation booking.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role is essential.
  • A commitment to working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite and keyboard skills.
  • A warm and engaging personality, with a passion for delivering excellent client services.
