We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Training Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-impact training programs that support the deployment and adoption of advanced technologies in the mining sector.

  • You will design and implement a comprehensive training strategy tailored to the needs of the mining industry.
  • Your responsibilities will include developing scalable training content for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats.
  • You will create engaging technical documentation, training modules, installation and maintenance manuals, simulations, and assessments.
  • You will deliver training to diverse audiences including field technicians, engineers, and operational staff.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global leader in transportation solutions. As a Technical Training Lead, you will work closely with product, engineering, and field service teams to ensure training reflects current product capabilities and operational realities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mining, Education, or a related technical field.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Additional certifications in adult education or instructional design are advantageous.
  • 5–10 years of experience in the mining industry, with a strong background in technical operations.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
