Lead Civil Works Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Civil Works Specialist to join our Infrastructure Services team. This key role will be responsible for overseeing on-site civil crews and supporting the delivery of critical electrical infrastructure projects across major roads, rail, airports, commercial and urban developments.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Directing daily site operations and crew coordination to ensure seamless project execution
  • Delivering high-quality civil works across electrical infrastructure projects in accordance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Maintaining strict safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout all project activities

About You:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven individual who possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams in dynamic environments. To succeed in this role, you will need to bring:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a leading hand or supervisory role, preferably within the civil construction industry
  • Excavator license and posi track ticket with extensive experience
  • Proven expertise in working around live services and adhering to TMR standards
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days and nights, and adapt to changing project demands
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A commitment to prioritizing safety and performance while driving project success
