Senior Civil Designer Role

We are seeking a Senior Civil Designer to undertake civil detailed design and documentation in accordance with relevant design standards.

  • The role involves producing high-quality detailed designs and documentation in software such as 12D and AutoCAD that meet ADG standards.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring project success by monitoring scope, quality, costs, and schedules, leading to profitable project outcomes.
  • Track project progress, including quality, costs, and schedules, to consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Foster collaboration between disciplines and project team members, both internal and external, to ensure consistent and coordinated design and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the design and documentation of earthworks, drainage, road works, and sewer/water using software like 12D, AutoCAD, PCDrain, and PCSewer.
  • A strong understanding of theoretical knowledge of design and principles to analyze and interpret information is essential.
  • Good knowledge of drafting requirements for local authorities and government departments.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and Codes.
