About The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join our Infrastructure Services team based in Maroochydore. You'll lead on-site civil crews and support the delivery of key electrical infrastructure projects across major roads, rail, airports, commercial and urban developments.

Your role will include
  • Overseeing daily site operations and crew coordination
  • Delivering civil works across electrical infrastructure projects
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met
About You

You\'re a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and the ability to motivate teams in dynamic environments. You'll bring:

  • Excavator license and posi track ticket with 12+ months' experience
  • At least 5 years' experience in a Leading Hand or Supervisory role
  • Experience working around live services and to TMR standards
  • MR Licence (desirable, not essential)
  • Flexibility to work day/night shifts and jump on or off the tools as needed
  • Strong communication, planning and interpersonal skills
  • A team-first attitude with a focus on safety and performance
  • Energex accreditations – highly regarded
