**Key Role Summary**

We seek a driven and analytical Store Operations Manager to lead our Caloundra team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective inventory management and stock control.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive inventory accuracy and stock levels, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Cultivate a culture of people development, creating excitement around inventory control and stock movement, and inspiring team members to continuously improve.
  • Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring, empowering them to be self-sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods, achieving maximum revenue growth.
  • Foster an inclusive environment that enables team members to come as they are, valuing diversity as the magic that makes good culture.
