The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding food and beverage service to guests, exceeding their expectations at every turn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and efficiently manage sales opportunities through product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Ensure seamless execution of the sequence of service, adhering to 5-star standards.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment throughout the dining area.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of prior experience as a server is preferred.
  • Knowledge of a la carte service, bar operations, banquets, and events is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction.
  • Current RSA certification in South Australia is required.
  • Ability to adapt to various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
