About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure. Ensure seamless connectivity and uptime across the organization.
  • Support cybersecurity efforts including patching, endpoint imaging, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Contribute to projects such as cloud migration, AI integration, and system upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Assist the Help Desk to address complex IT user problems and backfill as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
