The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of residents' care plans by hosting group and individual therapy sessions, conducting telehealth assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:


  • A Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
