**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to take on a community-based role in Sydney.

The successful candidate will provide quality services to clients, both in the home and within community networks, and work closely with the community team.

The role involves observing clients perform certain activities to evaluate their condition and needs, and developing a suitable treatment plan.

Liaising with NDIS service providers and driving internal and external marketing initiatives to build the network as directed by management are also key aspects of the job.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the field
  • AHPRA registration
  • Patient, service-oriented, and a 'people person'
  • Active listening and critical thinking skills
  • A passion and drive to make a difference
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A learning mindset with a desire to challenge existing perceptions
  • Current driver's license
  • Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
