Key Skills and Qualifications for Infusion Nurse Coordinator

This role is ideal for a skilled professional with extensive experience in infusion therapies or similar. The successful candidate will be an experienced nursing professional who has worked with multidisciplinary teams, possesses excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication, and is familiar with relevant legislation and policies.

  • Post registration experience in acute settings and cannulation.
  • Intravenous cannulation.
  • Extensive experience in clinical assessment skills and techniques such as BLS/ALS and ANTT.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of legislation and policies relevant to nursing practice.
  • Familiarity with delivery of education programs and change management.
