
Motor Vehicle Repair Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Repair Partnerships Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our claims and assessing division, you will work closely with motor repair partners in Melbourne and Sydney to ensure the quality, consistency & timeliness of the repair work is met.
Your primary focus will be on overseeing the relationship and performance of a portfolio of Motor Vehicle repair partners, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class Motor Vehicle repair services in line with contracted SLAs.
You will identify and report on key trends within the Motor Category Supplier space that could present risks or opportunities, comparing performance and sharing best practices with colleagues to drive continual improvements.
Working closely with the Network Performance Manager and key internal stakeholders, you will ensure Motor Category Supplier's cost, quality and service delivery supports & enhances the claims value chain effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the relationship and performance of a portfolio of Motor Vehicle repair partners ensuring the delivery of best-in-class Motor Vehicle repair services, in line with contracted SLAs
- Identify and report on key trends within the Motor Category Supplier space that could present risks or opportunities
- Compare performance and share best practise with colleagues, discuss and generate continual improvements in personal performance
- Work closely with the Network Performance Manager and key internal stakeholders to ensure Motor Category Supplier's cost, quality and service delivery supports & enhances the claims value chain effectively
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2 year's demonstrated motor category procurement & supplier management or relationship management experience within a claims and assessing environment
- Sound understanding of the motor category supplier environment, including smashrepairers, towing, hire car, taxi, emergency assistance providers and associated market practises
- A highly collaborative approach to share knowledge and intel with your peers
- Proven track record of ability to develop & maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, energetic, respectful, adaptable, accountable, resilient
- Tertiary and ideally Post graduate qualifications preferred
