Insurance Career Opportunity
The role of Insurance Loss Adjustor/Estimator involves working with teams to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.
You will be responsible for timely completion of accurate quotes for accident repairs on vehicles, applying your knowledge of motor vehicles and computer skills while interacting with various stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers by communicating effectively and resolving queries promptly.
- Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner according to average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures by leveraging your technical knowledge and analytical skills.
- Process vehicles onsite by conducting arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging to identify areas requiring attention.
- Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness by coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams.
- Assist with production management of the centre as required by contributing to workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition by adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Hand over completed repairs to customers by providing clear explanations and ensuring satisfaction with the final result.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience within a similar position, including preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry, where you can leverage your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AudaNet is highly desirable, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support for our team members.
- Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers, which is critical for delivering exceptional results and maintaining a positive reputation.
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and problem-solve with high accuracy and attention to detail, which is essential for meeting the demands of this role.
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Strong commitment to working safely and promoting a culture of health and well-being within the organization.
