We are a world leader in AI robotics and navigation technology, operating across land, air, sea, and space.

About the Role

This role will drive our Autonomy revolution by growing our presence in the APAC region, focusing on the Defence Industry. You will identify new customers/partners, develop customer relationships, build brand awareness, and land strategic accounts across the territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify strategic partnerships that position us for success in the defence market
  • Establish key relationships and networks across the Defence industry with US Military branches and global Defence primes
  • Identify and lay out key program deliverables, features/requirements, and certifications needed to ensure success in the defence market in the APAC region
  • Drive top-line revenue and orders by expanding growth with existing customers, acquiring new customers, and driving upsells by fostering the adoption and use of our products, solutions, and services
  • Owning the end-to-end sales process, from lead to prospect to close, bringing Advanced Navigation solutions to new and existing customers
  • Painstakingly painting the Advanced Navigation vision and opportunity for prospects through ROI and qualitative value propositions
  • Understanding technical requirements and working closely with Support and the Products Group to guide product offerings and solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in the APAC Defence industry
  • 5+ years' experience in business development, sales, and account management, with high-tech solutions in at least one defence vertical: aerospace, land systems, autonomous vehicles/robotics, or maritime/subsea
  • Experience selling and servicing high-tech solutions
  • Executive presence with presentation skills
  • A strong team player with passion for a fast-moving and entrepreneurial company
  • Flexibility to work in multiple time zones within the APAC region
  • Global collaborative cross-functional environment experience
  • Understanding of travelling up to 50%
  • Relevant technical knowledge in inertial sensors, acoustics, GNSS, optical sensors, and robotics
  • The ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, international cultures, and distributed teams
  • Strong CRM skills with Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with technical and analytical abilities
  • Languages: English, with knowledge of other languages an advantage
