About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Change Manager to join our Business Intelligence, Planning and Improvement department at St John WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the creation and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption, usage, and positive impact of organizational-wide initiatives and corporate projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and guide the day-to-day work of a team of Change Managers, including mentoring and coaching along their professional development goals.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with other managers in the department to establish, improve, and implement processes, tools, and frameworks for successful delivery and management.
  • Lead the management, leadership, and delivery of enterprise change management services and solutions across the organization, bringing significant expertise in methodologies and practical implementation for improving business outcomes and service delivery.
  • Initiate and drive collaboration with key stakeholders at all levels enterprise-wide to understand enterprise change activities and projects.
  • Develop change strategies and plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Keep an overview of all major Enterprise-wide change initiatives to ensure organizational impact and dependencies are understood and managed well.
  • Work across all of St John WA's departments, liaising and providing collaborative consultancy to key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and strategic advice on best practice enterprise change, improving organization-wide capability and maturity.
  • Represent the department on organization-wide working groups and forums, presenting and owning deliverables on behalf of the department.
Requirements
  • Experience working across all levels of management and working with operational front-line teams to implement change.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering major change management programs across a multi-disciplined organization, including design, development, and implementation of change strategies, plans, and application of interventions for complex change issues within an operational environment.
  • Proven conceptual and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and skills.
  • Experience in managing a change management team and implementing strategies to upskill an organization in change management capability.
  • Proven track record in leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven working experience in the ambit of the position.
  • Experience forging strong working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience with managing budgets and meeting KPIs and targets.
  • High attention to detail.
