About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Scope (Aust) Ltd. As a Speech Therapist, you will be working with a diverse range of clients, including children and young people with physical disabilities or chronic health impairments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver goal-directed therapy to clients in schools, clinics, homes, and community settings.
  • Undertake communication assessments and interventions.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions and services that build on clients' strengths and develop sustainable long-term solutions.
  • Emphasize parent, teacher, and carer education to nurture change.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of speech pathologists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists to provide holistic client care.
  • Work within a range of funding models, including NDIS and school-based funding.
About You
  • You are an experienced clinician with relevant experience in disability and/or community services.
  • You are committed to family and person-centered approaches, supporting inclusion and participation.
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
  • You are registered with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
