To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the energy, electrical, gas, or renewables sector;
  • Previous experience in a position providing consistent networking and stakeholder engagement resulting in actionable outcomes;
  • An ability to effectively assess the needs of others through active listening and a genuine approach;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey viewpoints or approaches through compelling storytelling;
  • Knowledge of jobs and skills training packages and the topics driving transformation;
  • Experience creating synergistic collaborations and relationships.
