Senior Property Manager

Job Description:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including lease administration, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and present reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all repairs and maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in property management
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A reliable car and driver's licence
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset
