We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Nuclear Medicine and Ultrasound Department at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to the department, ensuring seamless operation of administrative tasks and compliance with all hospital policies.
- Manage scheduling, maintain high standards of performance, and ensure accurate patient information management.
- Train and coordinate admin officers, oversee Medicare billing, and assist with TESL applications.
- Participate in OH&S and quality improvement activities.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
