Job Description:

As a Home Coordinator, you will work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both in-store and online customers. You will ensure all Home Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reporting. Additionally, you will cross train, develop and support sales team members on all aspects of Home Department products and services. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales and profitability targets for your store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for sales team members.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:
  • Prior retail experience and knowledge of small appliances and white goods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
