We're seeking a skilled Liquor Store Associate to join our team at Liquorland, a leading liquor retailer. As a key member of our sales team, you'll provide exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on our wide range of local and imported beverages.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about our products, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure. You'll be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

About You

  • You'll have a passion for the liquor industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • You'll be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly with colleagues and customers, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • You'll have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to follow instructions, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • You'll be able to lift moderate to heavy loads, stand for long periods, and maintain a high level of energy throughout your shift.
  • You'll hold a current RSA certification and be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
