About the Role

With a robust portfolio of varied projects on the horizon, we are looking to expand our team. As the Project Manager, you will collaborate with designers, civil engineers, and construction managers to execute intricate commercial and industrial projects, as well as master-planned communities, contributing throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the main liaison for clients, effectively managing complex challenges and issues
  • Overseeing design delivery, including resource allocation for designers and coordination with various internal and external disciplines
  • Drafting tender and contract documentation
  • Participating in the design approval process
  • Managing invoicing, project planning, tracking project status, and addressing potential challenges
  • Gradually assuming leadership roles, including mentoring and developing team members, with the potential to advance to a Team Lead position.

About You

You are an experienced Civil Engineer with a successful history of delivering land development projects and related infrastructure. You excel in environments that offer a wide range of responsibilities and diverse roles. You will possess:

  • A degree in engineering with aspirations for registration
  • Experience in civil design, water engineering, or construction and contract management
  • A demonstrated ability to utilize your communication skills effectively to achieve desired outcomes while maintaining positive relationships
  • Strong administrative capabilities, emphasizing accuracy and process enhancement
  • A commitment to teamwork and collaboration, promoting a multidisciplinary approach to projects
