About the Role
With a robust pipeline of varied projects on the horizon, we are looking to expand our team. As the Project Manager, you will collaborate with designers, civil engineers, and construction managers to execute intricate commercial and industrial projects, as well as master-planned communities, playing a vital role throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the main liaison for clients, effectively managing complex challenges and issues
- Overseeing design delivery, including resource allocation for designers and coordination with other disciplines, both internal and external
- Drafting tender and contract documentation
- Engaging in the design approval process
- Managing invoicing, project planning, tracking project status, and addressing potential challenges
- Gradually assuming leadership duties, such as mentoring and developing team members, with the potential to progress into a Team Lead position.
About You
You are an experienced Civil Engineer with a successful history of delivering land development projects and related infrastructure. You excel in a setting that offers a wide range of responsibilities and diverse roles. You will possess:
- A degree in engineering and a commitment to obtaining registration
- Experience in civil design, water engineering, or construction and contract management
- A demonstrated ability to effectively utilize your communication skills to achieve desired outcomes while maintaining positive professional relationships
- Strong administrative capabilities, focused on accuracy and process enhancement
- A commitment to teamwork and collaboration, promoting a multidisciplinary approach to projects
