About the Role:

The Product Guide is a key member of the Arc'teryx team, responsible for delivering an exceptional brand experience to our guests. As a Product Guide, you will be the face of the brand on the retail floor, providing expert knowledge and guidance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a best-in-class brand experience through education and problem-solving.
  • Gain a strong understanding of our products and seamlessly integrate this knowledge into guest interactions.
  • Be a brand ambassador, elevating the guest experience wherever possible.
  • Support store leadership with projects and brand initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Foster connection with guests through product education, accurate payment processing, and timely communication on warranties or damaged goods.
  • Support and participate in store events, physical inventory counts, product replenishment, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales.
  • Maintain an open, collaborative relationship with your team and store leadership.

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of retail sales experience.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to have fun at work while holding yourself accountable.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration.
  • Inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement.
