Main Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate master data for MRP, including safety stock levels, lead times, and lot size settings.
- Work with procurement to identify opportunities to minimize supply disruptions, reduce lead times, and optimize order quantities.
- Create and manage purchase and stock transfer orders in line with SAP requirements, confirm orders with suppliers, and resolve service level issues affecting production.
- Monitor and update delivery dates for all open orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements.
- Collaborate with market teams to maintain a clear understanding of demand priorities, timelines, and customer needs.
- Analyze and report reasons for OTIF (On Time In Full) failures for purchased finished goods, providing insights for S&OP discussions.
- Investigate root causes of late deliveries and excess inventory, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Previous experience with SAP or other ERP systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Desirable Qualifications: APICS certification is highly regarded.
