Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Concession Manager to join our team and lead by example, driving business growth through delivering outstanding customer service and creating a warm and genuine in-store experience.

This leadership role will focus on building a high-performing team that is empowered to exceed, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a meaningful in-store experience
  • Ensure the team understands all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development
  • Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail or hospitality business
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
  • Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising
