**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work with sites to improve their processes in line with LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Deliver project improvements by identifying opportunities, re-engineering processes, driving efficiency through process change, and redesigning and implementing operational layout changes.
  • Provide guidance and support to sites to enable them to successfully conduct and complete Kaizen activities through training, coaching, and data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain Business Process Efficiency (BPE) tools such as 5 S & Scheduling tool, performance boards, productivity reports, and utilisation reports.
  • Guide and drive our operations teams to achieve and maintain target levels on our site accreditation program.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in industrial engineering or a related field.
  • Solid experience gained in a related role in any industry, preferably in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, resources, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with utilising process improvement tools, Kaizen, Lean, etc.
  • Clear communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Strong MS Excel skills including use of VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, and bonus points for VBA, Macros knowledge.
  • Bonus points for Auto CAD or similar.
