Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$75,000 per annumJob DescriptionThis role involves processing new starters in Docusign and DayForce, managing fortnightly employee pay runs for Australia and New Zealand, producing monthly payroll accrual reports as well as Superannuation and Payroll Tax payments, preparing PAYG tax payment fortnightly, and assisting the finance department with conducting regular reviews of payroll processes.
- Processing new starters in Docusign and DayForce
- Managing fortnightly employee pay runs for Australia and New Zealand
- Producing monthly payroll accrual reports as well as Superannuation and Payroll Tax payments
- Preparing PAYG tax payment fortnightly
- Assisting the finance department with conducting regular reviews of payroll processes
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to meet strict deadlines, proficiency in the use of various Microsoft Office and payroll-related software, and a high level of confidentiality, integrity and sensitivity.
