Job Opportunity: Boiler Operator



The ideal candidate will have experience working with critical equipment, ensuring optimal steam generation, and maintaining plant efficiency. This hands-on role involves overseeing safety protocols, driving performance standards, and playing a key role in supporting smooth operations throughout the crushing season.



Your Key Responsibilities



  • Collaborate closely with the boiler station and shift teams to keep operations running smoothly and safely.
  • Take charge of turbine and auxiliary equipment start-ups and shut-downs—keeping the plant's energy flow in check.
  • Manage the vital bagasse system with precision, ensuring smooth, efficient operations at all times.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and handle boiler and auxiliary systems, reporting abnormalities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Actively contribute to health and safety standards, from risk assessments to job safety analyses and participation in site safety programs.


Your Qualifications and Experience


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a High-Risk Work License for Turbine Operator (TO) and an Advanced Boiler Operator (BA) certification. The ideal candidate will also possess strong team management skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to high-quality standards.
