**Job Opportunity at Stratco**

We are currently seeking a skilled Manufacturing Team Member to join our team at Stratco Whitsundays.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly rate and company benefits.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate roll form, folding and general sheet metal equipment.
  • Conduct general housekeeping tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members, other departments and projects as required.
  • Participate in training for specific items of plant and equipment.
  • Maintain a strict adherence to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Preference for experience in machine operation.
  • Strength and fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role.
  • Basic awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts and people.
  • Desirable - sheet metal and welding experience.
  • Desirable - Forklift licence.
