Job Title: Operations Specialist

Seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team in a Domestic Settlements Analyst role.

Responsibilities include supporting the Derivative Collateral Management team, assisting in client account onboarding, input and monitoring of cash payments, customer service, project support, funding operations, custodial operations, securities settlement services, structured loan operations, general ledger reconciliation, and resolving confirmation and ISDA related issues.

About the Role
  • This is a mid-senior level position with a contract employment type.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and understanding of loan, securities, and derivative products.
Key Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Tableau and ability to work with data.
  • FINRA Series 7 license (inactive is acceptable).
  • Knowledge of FX products, collateral, fixed income products, swaps experience, accounting, equity FX background, general ledger, and client-facing experience.
Work Environment

This department supports nearly 30,000 clients across all business product lines, located in Charlotte.
