Customer Service Representative with Excellent Communication Skills

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls and email queries in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls and email queries in a professional and timely manner
- Display solid computer skills, following set processes and scripts
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Process and track orders, assisting clients with transactions and enquiries
- Collaborate effectively with your team to achieve individual and group goals
- Maintain administrative accuracy, complete data entry tasks, and ensure smooth client engagement
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call centre or handling inbound/outbound calls
- The ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Skill in problem-solving within structured guidelines
- Resilience and calm when handling complaints or challenging conversations
- A professional and trustworthy approach
- Call centre experience is preferred but not essential
As a Customer Service Representative with Flexhive, you can expect:
- A competitive salary range of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum (inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading)
