About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls and email queries in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls and email queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Display solid computer skills, following set processes and scripts
  • Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Process and track orders, assisting clients with transactions and enquiries
  • Collaborate effectively with your team to achieve individual and group goals
  • Maintain administrative accuracy, complete data entry tasks, and ensure smooth client engagement
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call centre or handling inbound/outbound calls
  • The ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Skill in problem-solving within structured guidelines
  • Resilience and calm when handling complaints or challenging conversations
  • A professional and trustworthy approach
  • Call centre experience is preferred but not essential
