Our organisation is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our Safety, Health and Environment team as a Safety Administration Officer.

The primary objective of this role is to provide efficient administrative support to the Safety team, ensuring that all SHE records are accurately organised and filed in accordance with established guidelines.

You will be responsible for entering SHE data into relevant systems, managing site PPE inventory, and assisting the safety team in preparing safety documentation.

We require someone with strong organisational and time management skills, a high level of interest and commitment to safety, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and file SHE records according to established guidelines
  • Enter SHE data into relevant systems
