Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Mobile Service Technician in Ballarat.

The Role:

  • Deliver consistent, accurate, high-quality field service and supply of fluid transfer solutions to customers.
  • Provide solutions and build relationships with a varying range of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replace hoses in breakdown situations or complete new installation work on various machinery.
  • Travel to sites within Ballarat and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of trade/field services experience in Fitting/Mechanical Background and/or Hydraulics.
  • Ability to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accurately.
  • Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong work ethic and pride in workmanship.
  • Desire to be a team player.
  • Ability to arrange and plan priorities.
  • Anticipate problems and be proactive in finding solutions.
  • Strong understanding of customer service.
  • Have an understanding of OHS and Safe Work Practices.
  • Ability to carry out instructions.
  • Medically fit for the task.
  • Be well presented and groomed.
  • Holding a trade certificate is preferred.
  • A current Manual Driver's License and willingness to obtain an LR License are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Flexibility with working hours is advantageous.
  • Currently living in/near or willing to relocate to Ballarat is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the industry would be an asset.
  • Sales experience could be an advantage.
