Mobile Nutritionist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dietitian to join our team, working 3 days a week in Ballarat. In this role, you will provide high-quality dietetic care to adults living in Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing person-centred dietetics care to all clients
• Improving nutrition and hydration systems in residential aged care homes
• Delivering educational sessions
• Completing menu and mealtime assessments
• Working closely with external stakeholders and colleagues to ensure delivery of high-quality dietetic care

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics
• Current registration with DA
• A willingness to travel and work in a mobile capacity
• National Police Check and NDIS workers screening
• Australian working rights
