We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about working with children, has excellent communication skills, and can think on their feet. As a Second in Charge, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care.

  • Develop and implement enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children;
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations;
  • Interact with parents and respond to their enquiries;
  • Engage with the school community and participate in events;
  • Build strong relationships with children and staff;
  • Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
