Job Description">

As a Second in Charge, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care.

This includes creating and implementing enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming), ensuring compliance with industry regulations, interacting with parents, engaging with the school community, playing and having fun with primary school-aged children, co-managing or coordinating during the school holiday program, and more.

  • You're a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.">
  • Ideal candidates have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential – we can train you.">
  • You have outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written.">
  • You are looking for stable, permanent part-time hours – up to 25 per week.">
