We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties.

About the Role:

  • Manage a mixed portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and site visits to identify areas for improvement and implement maintenance and repair works.
  • Negotiate lease renewals and ensure compliance with tenant and landlord obligations.
  • Assist with financial management, including rent collection, arrears management, and outgoings budgets and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record in commercial property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current Real Estate Registration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial property management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with property management software is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
