About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Cashing orders and handling transactions
  • Making high-quality coffee drinks
  • Reconciling till and managing store finances
  • Supervising fellow staff and maintaining a positive work environment
  • Stock control and inventory management
  • Responding to customer feedback and concerns
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should be highly professional, dynamic, organized, motivated, and take ownership of your work. You must be capable of following through with staff development, be proactive in promoting the business, have excellent communication skills, and be responsible for the growth of the business.
