Job Title: Coffee Shop Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our coffee shop as a Supervisor, responsible for overseeing all kiosk and service operations. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to drive sales growth, manage staff performance, and maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of baristas to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality beverages are served at all times
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ordering supplies
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to improve their skills and performance

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a retail or food service environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving team performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including daytime hours, weekends, and holidays
