Job Description

Delivering quality service to customers while performing scheduled maintenance and safety & function checks, contributing to the company's growth and success is key. As a Forklift Mechanic/Service Technician, you will be working in a dedicated territory and customer base, helping Crown build positive customer experiences.

You will use the latest field-based mobile technology to manage your daily work schedule, perform routine maintenance, complete service work – reactive and planned, and accurately maintain important service records of work performed.

This role involves being part of a team that contributes to the company’s success and growth. You will have opportunities to advance into management, other internal roles, or engineering.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
