Reliability Planning Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to oversee the planning and execution of Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) maintenance activities.

This role involves coordinating short and long-term planning to ensure accurate, efficient, and aligned schedules with operational priorities.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Short and long-term planning for HME maintenance and repairs.
  • Compliance with CMMS/ERP work management processes.
  • Developing weekly work schedules, resource-levelled and aligned with operational requirements.
  • Monitoring reports and ensuring timely delivery of planned work within budget parameters.
  • Collaboration with supervisors, planners, and maintenance teams to ensure reliable execution.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification or Mechanical Engineering degree with post-trade mining experience.
  • Proven success in a similar Maintenance Planning role within mining.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Heavy Mobile Equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Current Queensland Driver's Licence.
