We are seeking an Enrolments Officer who can excel and exceed expectations in a dynamic team environment.

Job responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a regular visitation schedule with clients across Sydney and surrounding areas.
• Conducting tours for upcoming centres and assisting managers as needed
• Following up after tours for feedback and providing support to parents throughout the enrolment process
• Participation in business events such as conferences, open days and staff meetings
• Organising payroll, generating family enrolments and processing centre occupancy, wait lists and withdrawals
• Implementing enrolment processes and ensuring timely completion and quality results
• Providing Centre tours for interested families and demonstrating strong administrative skills by inputting data into Qikkids Software

Required skills and experience:

A successful candidate will possess childcare experience, excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a team player and able to work effectively in a close-knit team environment.
