Rubber Production Technician

We are seeking an experienced Rubber Production Operator to join our team in Western Australia.
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating plant machinery and equipment, including overhead cranes, winches, belt winders, forklifts and hand tools.
Key duties include:
- Selecting and preparing materials required to complete work activities.
- Monitoring the manufacture and finish of rubber products.
- Applying rubber linings to pipes, spools, launders, agitator blades, chutes tanks, valves, pipes, hoppers and similar articles.
- Performing repairs and contributing to maintaining a clean, tidy and organised site.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in conveyor belt splicing and maintenance or rubber lining industries.
- Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours and travel for work/work away.
