Leadership Opportunity in Quality Governance

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our clinical governance initiatives and drive excellence in our Mental Health services.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee the development and implementation of clinical governance strategies, ensuring high-quality outcomes and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clinical governance strategies to enhance patient care and safety
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation standards
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in our Mental Health services
  • Mentor and support a team of professionals to achieve their full potential

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration or qualification as a Registered or Clinical Psychologist or Mental Health Social Worker
  • Broad experience working in a similar environment
  • A collaborative mindset, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
